My North Star
I use practical wisdom to help turn intention into achievement. For me, vision is not merely an aspiration; it should inform choices, behavior, capability, priorities and execution.
My signature idea
Knowing can change how we see a situation. Knowing how changes what we can actually do about it. That distinction sits behind much of my work in coaching, leadership, AI adoption, human capital and capability building.
My working philosophy
I am most interested in the point where information becomes judgment, judgment becomes a decision, and a decision becomes sustained behavior and measurable performance.
I therefore combine executive coaching, business thinking, organizational capability and emerging AI strategy. The disciplines are different, but the leadership question is often the same: what is really happening, what matters most, and what action creates the greatest value with acceptable risk?
My business lens
I frequently use four lenses—profit, cash, risk and people—to test whether an initiative is creating useful business value rather than activity alone.
